Is this really the last Batman movie or is it just a conclusion to this trilogy?

It is the end of the trilogy. Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale have both stated that they will not participate in another Batman movie. Warner Bros. has not announced what their plans are for Batman, but given the history of other successful film franchises, it seems likely that there would eventually be another Batman movie with a new director and cast.

Will Batman / Bruce Wayne die in this final film?
